Booking & Order Terms
Quotes
Submitting the Request a Quote form is an inquiry, not a booking, and creates no obligation on either side. Quotes are prepared free of charge, describe pricing and availability as of the date issued, and unless stated otherwise remain valid for 30 days.
Booking & Scheduling
An engagement is confirmed only when both parties agree in writing (signed agreement, purchase order, or written confirmation) on the date, scope, location or format, and fee. Dates are subject to availability until confirmed.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
Plans change, especially in schools. Reschedule and cancellation requests should be made in writing as early as possible. Specific notice windows, deposits, and any non-recoverable costs already incurred (such as travel or printed materials) are set out in the written agreement for the engagement. Where weather, emergencies, or district closures interfere, both sides will work in good faith to reschedule rather than cancel.
Training Delivery & Materials
A standard on-site training day includes approximately five instructional hours plus breaks, as described on the training pages. Each participant receives a printed resource handbook, included in the quoted price. Handbooks and training materials are licensed for participants' own classroom use and may not be copied for non-attendees, resold, or posted publicly. Audio or video recording of a training requires written permission in advance.
College Credit
Optional graduate-level professional development credit is available through University of Massachusetts Global. Credit involves separate registration, an additional university fee, and a follow-up practicum, all handled with the university; Charles E. Stevens, Ed.S. does not control the university's decisions or timelines. Details are provided at the training and on the College Credits page.
Store Orders
Pricing & Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change until an order is placed. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; this site never receives card numbers. Schools and districts may arrange payment by purchase order or invoice by emailing charles@thecoachstevens.com.
Shipping
Physical products ship free within the continental United States. Shipping elsewhere may carry additional cost and is arranged by email.
Digital & Streaming Products
Digital and streaming products are delivered electronically, with access details sent by email after purchase. They are licensed for the purchaser's personal or single-campus professional use and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. Orders placed through the store (physical products, digital downloads, and streaming access) are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, email charles@thecoachstevens.com within 10 days of delivery and a replacement will be sent.
Results
The strategies taught are research-based and field-tested, and they are presented so teachers can use them immediately. Outcomes still vary by school, classroom, and implementation, and no specific result is guaranteed.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from an engagement or order is limited to the amount actually paid for that engagement or order, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
