Who We Are

This website is operated by Charles E. Stevens, Ed.S., an independent certified Time To Teach trainer. The training programs, materials, and brands described here are products of the Center for Teacher Effectiveness / Time To Teach (CTE).

Using This Site

You may browse the site, download the free resources offered, request quotes, and place orders for their intended purposes. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, no scraping or bulk-harvesting content, no submitting false or deceptive form entries, and no interfering with the site's operation.

Intellectual Property

All site content (text, page designs, images, videos, training descriptions, agendas, and downloadable materials) belongs to Charles E. Stevens, Ed.S. and/or CTE, or is used with permission. The Time To Teach and Center for Teacher Effectiveness names and marks belong to CTE. You receive a limited license to view the site and use materials as described; republishing, reselling, or redistributing content requires written permission.

Free Resources

The free downloadable resources are for use by you and your school in your own classrooms and trainings. Sharing within your building is welcome. Posting them publicly, reselling them, or removing their attribution is not permitted.

Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Stripe, videos are hosted and played through Vimeo, and optional graduate credit is offered through University of Massachusetts Global. Each operates under its own terms and policies, and this site is not responsible for third-party services.

Educational Information, Not Guarantees

Training descriptions, statistics, and testimonials describe real programs and real experiences, but classrooms differ. Results depend on context and implementation, and no specific outcome is promised.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charles E. Stevens, Ed.S. and CTE are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. For booked engagements and orders, total liability is limited as described in the Booking & Order Terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the site operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For booked training engagements, the written engagement agreement controls if it specifies otherwise.

Changes & Severability

Terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
